Smooth Friday: Vanilla Strawberry

Another smoothie for you today! This one is really simple, full of protein, and yummy.

Tastes like this, but without the guilt.
  • A handful of frozen strawberries
  • Some frozen cranberries for extra zing
  • Two splashes of any fruit juice
  • Three spoonfuls of vanilla yogurt
  • Half a scoop of vanilla whey powder

Mix it all together, and you’ve got yourself a yummy spring treat!
